I truly appreciate all of the time he spent going over everything. He showed me how to operate, and explained, every single control. We reviewed all of the features and he gave me additional information on those that I wasn't very familiar with. I don't feel that anything was left out, or that I was rushed through anything. Dan, the finance manager, worked with me to ensure that I walked out of the dealership with a new vehicle. The part that I found the most considerate was that while he explained all of my options, he didn't try to harangue me into add-ons that I didn't want. I had a very positive experience, and won't hesitate to recommend O'Hare Hyundai in the future."
