'I visited this dealer with my teenage son during spring break. After looking through the inventory in the lot, I picked out a Sonata that was equipped the way we wanted and a color we liked. I then met Angel Santiago who offered us a test drive. He explained everything very well and answered all of my questions. After returning and sitting at his desk we started to talk. Not only about buying the car but about a number of subjects including baseball. He found out my son was a high school baseball player and the 2 of them connected right away. Well, after getting down to business again I asked him how much they wanted for the car. After getting the price I knew that I would like to buy from them. The FIRST price they came up with was a good one. Not the usual high offer, counter offer, and the back and forth haggling that is so commonplace. I then met Dan Chatfield. He explained the finance options and the Hyundai Warranty. He was also very pleasant to talk to and didn't pressure us. After he left, I was surprised to hear Angel tell us to go home and think about it. I couldn't believe that I didn't hear the "magic" question, "What would it take for you to buy the car now"? Angel then gave me his schedule, days off, and hours and we did leave. After thinking things out and talking to my wife that evening we went back 2 days later to purchase the car. While we did the paperwork the car was cleaned and prepped for us. I then told Dan that I didn't come in prepared to pay. He told me to take the car home and bring him a check later that day or the following morning. That was another nice surprise. When my wife and I returned the next morning with our check I told Dan we needed to visit the Parts department to buy an IPOD cable for our new Sonata. Dan personally walked us into the parts department and introduced us to the guys. Then Nick Raimondi gave us the proper cable and even gave us a discount on the part because we bought the car from them. I feel that everyone I dealt with at O'Hare Hyundai made it a point to tell us all of our options but did not make us feel like we were pressured to buy. It was a comfortable experience and I would not take the time to write all of this if I didn't feel like giving this dealer a strong recommendation to all of their future customers." http://bit.ly/gz7n7P | |||
