O'Hare Hyundai - Congratulations to Angel Santiago for excellent customer service! Check out this five-star review on DealerRater! "I went into this dealership with a "just looking" attitude. I entered and was greeted by Angel who was quite friendly and welcoming. We spoke a few minutes about the type of car I was looking for and went out to the lot to see the cars available. I went in thinking I was going to get a Sonata sedan. I took one for a test drive and Angel suggested that I look at an Elantra Ltd that they had just received on the lot. It was a bit smaller than I thought I wanted, but when I took the Elantra for a test drive I really felt comfortable in the car and loved the way it handled. We went back in and talked about the price, warranty, etc. Angel was very thorough in explaining everything about Hyundai and the Elantra. He was never pushy and we worked on getting the best price that we could. He went over all of the features in the car and made sure everything was ready for me to take it home. All of the staff was very polite and not pushy at all. They explained everything I needed to know about the car and the financing and warranty. This purchase was just what I was looking for, even though I didn't know that when I walked in the door. I plane to recommend this dealership to my family and friends.
