"My car was totaled as of 12/22/2010 which,led me on a search for a new vehicle. I had been looking on internet for sometime for a new car or one only a year old with low mileage. I have always been a Honda advocate but when I asw that the Elantra mmade 40mph on highway and 29mph in city I became quite interested. I also so the new design for 2011 and was very impressed. Compared to the 2010 and earlier models it is fresh. I started my search by going to Schaumburg Hyundai(Patricks). They had only two colors,white and black.Iwas not happy or impressed. And I only had a thirty time in which to purchase.This was due to my loaner and to receive license fee and taxes from my totaled car.After calling three to four other agencies with limited colors I called OHare Hyundai. I spoke with Mike Obal. Silver was one of the colors so,I drove 30 miles down to see him. I swa the Elantra and was taken. Mr. Obal took me on a test drive and explained the vehicle to me.He was wonderful.When we returned he explained everything I needed to know about the car.I pet up purchasing the car and he walked me through the entire process.Mind you I arrived there at 6:30pm.It was 9:30pm when I got into the car.Again Mike explained switches,knobs,etc...It was a great experience. I can only say he is an asset and detrmental to the company."
