"I am happy to take the time to review the experience my husband and I had at O'Hare Hyundai. Our sales person and used car sales manager,Darren Conwell and Mark J., were great, very friendly, easy to work with, polite and personable. Darren has a can do attitude, and really hussles to provide customer service. He even did the detailing of our car himself. This is the first dealership I would reccomend to others. I have never liked the part of the car buying experience that requires working with a sales person until now. The sales staff at O'Hare Hyundai made the whole experience wonderful. We actually had fun shoping for and buying our car there. I never thought I would say that about a car dealership! Until now I always viewed the sales staff as an obstical that stood between me and the car I wanted to buy. This is the first time I felt like the staff was assisting and facilitating my purchase. We will definitly return to O'Hare Hyundai for our next vehical.Michele Anderson"
