O'Hare Hyundai - One Positive Review From Customer!

One of our amazing customers, L. Miller, wrote a letter to Hyundai Motor America Chief Executive Officer and President, John Krafcik, recalling their experience with O'Hare Hyundai! Take a look!

"Dear Mr. Krafcik,
I want to thank you for intervening on my behalf to find the car that I was hoping to buy.  That car is the 2011 Sonata Limited, Black on Black with the Navigation System.  You and your people found the car that was headed to O’Hare Hyundai, Des Plaines, IL. 

Mr. Ray Reynolds, General Sales Manager of O’Hare Hyundai called me, I believe on Thursday, May 12, 2011 and told me he had this car in transit to his dealership and it was mine if I wanted it.  Of course, I told him I was very interested and I told him the price I was quoted for a similar car.  He said that he would honor that price.
The car came into O’Hare Hyundai on Thursday, May 19, 2011 and I picked it up on Friday, May 20, 2011.  It is a beautiful car!  In dealing with Mr. Reynolds and his staff I can truly say it was a very pleasant experience. 

Mr. Tony Aviano who initiated the paperwork and gave a very thorough explanation of the navigation system, Blue Tooth, radio, other controls and warranty information for this car was very knowledgeable and patient with me.  Mr. Aviano also allowed that because there was so much information, that the manuals that come with the car are a great source of information for me, but if I was still stuck on a particular issue, he wanted me to call him immediately.  And, I believe he was sincere (and, I’ll undoubtedly have to take him up on his offer).
The next individual who I spoke to was Mr. Sam Scataglia, the Business/Finance Manager who was very efficient, professional and he had a great manner about him.  Plus, it seemed that everything was pretty straight forward and I was done with all the paperwork in 20 or 30 minutes.

Again, thank you Mr. Krafcik for your help. I’m very satisfied with the car and the professional service from Mr. Reynolds’ O’Hare Hyundai Team.
