"I was looking to get out of my gas guzzling truck and into a fuel efficient car. I had my eye on the Sonata. I wanted specific options. Limited, Turbo, Grey ext, Black int, with Navi. Well that car was much harder to find than I had anticipated. Turns out they were to find exactly what I wanted without the turbo. (and after a test drive of both, I was totally fine with that!) As with most people I don't really "trust" dealerships. However after looking online and reading some of the reviews about O'Hare Hyundai, I decided to try them out. There were two reviews that had good experiences with Mary Rycerz. So I asked for and got her. She was very helpful and listened and wrote down every detail I needed! (she actually LISTENED to me). Turns out the car had to be shipped from Milwaukee! It arrived the next day. I had some questions about my lease and how all the numbers "came together". Ray Reynolds, a sales manager there answered EVERY DETAILED question that I had. I was very impressed. They were able to work with me and get me to the numbers I needed to be at! When it cam to delivery of my car Mary was busy with another customer.(good for her!)They immediately paired me with Bob Gold who took me through my "orientation" of my new vehicle. This was the most comprehensive walk through I have ever had. And I have owned Lexus, Acura, and BMW. He is very nice and extremely professional. He took me through EVERY detail about the car. He even went through the owners manual with me. Then off to financing. I met with Dan Chatfield who was also very friendly and got me in and out with no problems. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend them all!(and no, I don't work there, I am a real customer!)"
